Creative Arts Group...of some sort

A month ago, I was ready to run away to San Francisco and leave this town behind after I graduate. Lately I have been thinking hard about who is going to clean up this town. Everyone talks about leaving Marion because Marion is a shithole. But, no one gives suggestions about how to make Marion a better place. Now, I'm taking that task upon myself. I don't know if I will make a living, or if I will be able to retain my sanity. That has yet to be seen. However, I am going to stay in Marion, and start a nonprofit organization for the creative arts in the community.

This group will set up gallery showings for local artists, book readings for new writers, and small concerts for local musicians. There will also be workshops provided by visiting artists from different areas and possibly workshops dedicated to art for children in Marion. I'm not sure where I will get the money to start this, but I will figure it out. I want to give back to my community, so why not give back doing something I love?
